What is your average pricing?
Well, it really depends what services, paper, embellishments you want! I would love to help you make your vision a realty so I will give you options and transparent pricing! On average, for 100 suites, W&O brides invest between $1800-$2000.
When should I place my order?
The earlier the better! You should at least send out wedding invitations 3 months in advance, so consulting and ordering wedding invitations at least 5 months in advance will give us plenty of time to bring your vision to life.
What happens after I place my order?
After you receive your proposal quote and a sample proof, and you feel like W&O is right for you. I can send you a contract and invoice. Then, after a client agreement is signed and a deposit is paid, we work together to create a final proof. Once a final proof is agreed upon, production and print starts! I will start to bring your vision to life.
How many invitations should I order?
You should order the amount of households you are inviting. This refers to families that live together and if couples live together. It’s a good rule of thumb to order 10-15 extra suites to account for lost mail, late invites, photographer detail pictures, and keepsakes.
How long does the process take?
From initial consultation to assembly to shipping, in all, 6-8 weeks. Although, this depends on client approval of proofs in a timely manner. This is why consulting and researching wedding invitations early on in the planning process is important if stationery is a priority to you! I will not start production unless you are completely satisfied with your proofs! Sometimes this timeframe is shortened or lengthened on other factors like multiple proofs and if the assembly is more labor intensive.
What print methods do you offer?
I offer digital, letterpress, and foil. Letterpress and foil increase the overall investment prices.
How do I start an order?
The first step is filling out the contact form! Please tell me everything you want me to know about your event! Things to include are budget, date, venue, colors, vibe!
Will my invitations come assembled?
If you want me to! This option is totally up to you!
Do you provide coordinating pieces like bar signs, welcome signs, and escort cards?
Yes! I’d love to help you create a cohesive look! We can create pieces that use matching fonts, colors, and designs.
What can be customized?
Basically everything! The possibilities are endless!
Can I order samples?
For an additional cost, I can provide custom digital print samples! I can not provide customized letterpress and foil samples at this time (because these methods must be ordered in sets of 50).
